Training Opportunities

Kamiak Ridge, LLC, offers a variety of training opportunities for clients interested in developing their skills in resource economics, finance, and forestland taxes, GIS use, geospatial analysis and geo-statistics, Global Positioning Systems integration into field operations, and related resource management objectives. Our training opportunities are offered as half-day, whole day, 2-, 3-, and 5-day sessions tailored for our client's needs. We also offer services of guest lectures and "white paper" development. Occasionally, we offer classes for open enrollment, especially when sponsored by an educational organization (e.g., university, conservation group, etc.). More frequently, we design classes to suit specific client needs such as a state organization, county, tribe, company, or group.

Each class includes printed and bound class books organized to match the delivery of information during lectures. A combination of powerpoint slides used in each session and hands-on problem solving give each student an unique opportunity to apply skills introduced in lectures. All classes are interactive with the instructors giving ample time for student questions and "what if" scenarios.
